RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
Providing Residential Living Services for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide host home placements, family caregivers, and independent residential settings; teaching independent living skills in and out of the home.
RESPITE SERVICES
We provide Respite Care for participants when the primary caregiver is unavailable; may include sibling participants enrolled in services.
COMMUNITY CONNECTOR
We help individuals build skills, natural supports, and access to community life through one-to-one instruction and participation in typical community activities.
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT
Supported Employment is ongoing supervision, training, adaptations, and job coaching that help individuals sustain paid work in community settings.
JOB DEVELOPMENT
Prevocational support that helps individuals build work habits and skills for future employment opportunities.
HOMEMAKER
Homemaker provides household task support such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and home care when related disability-related needs require additional help.
We Pride Ourselves on Care
Our services are personalized to each client’s choice and/or needs. We offer residential services in which we contract with a host home provider to provide. We also provide community-based services including support community connections and supported employment.
